With 11 years of software sales experience, we've accumulated extensive service expertise. However, we couldn't find a satisfactory service system to provide better support for our users. So, we decided to develop our own service system to deliver a better support experience, whether for pre-sales or after-sales!

APSDAI Ticket System integrates with the order system - a truly unified service solution!

Let us briefly introduce some features of the APSDAI service system. It's currently in early Beta, and we know there are many details that need improvement, but our own 200+ sites are already using it in testing.

Sneak Peek

In the first quarter after the new year, we plan to add email-to-ticket service - set up an email address, and when an email is received, it automatically converts to a ticket, allowing you to respond to users through the ticket system.
