Reseller Management

In the Merchant Center's "Reseller System - Users", you can manage all reseller applications, reviews, and daily operations.

Application Review

When users register through your invitation link and submit their application, you will see their application info in the "Users" section. You can perform the following actions:

ApproveApprove the reseller application, reseller can start purchasing and selling
RejectReject the reseller application
DisableDisable an approved reseller account

After your action, the applicant will receive an email notification with the review result.

Credit Management

Credits are virtual currency in the system used by resellers to purchase products. You can recharge credits for resellers to support their initial sales.

Resellers can use credits to purchase products, or self-service online recharge, or contact you for offline recharge.

Notifications

To ensure resellers receive important information like software updates and policy changes promptly, the system provides a "Notifications" feature.

This feature pushes notifications to keep resellers informed about:

  • New Features - System new feature announcements
  • Version Updates - Software version update information
  • Marketing Events - Promotions, discount policies, etc.
  • Policy Changes - Price adjustments, rule changes, etc.
